Arabella joined Continental Properties in 2024 as a member of Continental’s Investor Relations team. Arabella is responsible for raising outside equity capital for Continental’s development, income and opportunity funds; she also assists in the company’s investor relations functions and marketing and expansion plans. Prior to Continental, Arabella was Managing Director at a Colorado-based multifamily developer with over 11,000 units, leading equity capital raising and investor relations with JV partners, debt procurement and refinance. Arabella also served as Director of Capital Services at NdG, an international alternative investment fund manager, where she led global capital raising efforts with institutional capital, UHNW and family office clients across real estate and infrastructure investments.
