Meet Eric Ellison. For a year and a half, Eric has been a Construction Project Manager with us. He has overseen and completed a number of successful projects, including Springs at Kenosha in Kenosha, WI and Springs at Orchard Road in North Aurora, IL. Eric, and most of our Construction team, spends much of his time in the field, traveling to our sites nationwide. Eric works directly with our general contractors to manage the successful completion of our development projects by meeting both time and cost objectives.
