First Move-Ins for Two Springs Communities

Opening new doors in Florida is not unusual for Continental Properties and Springs Apartments. The first move-ins for one of our communities marks the culmination of sometimes years of work for our Development, Finance, Legal and Construction teams, and as such, we all feel a great sense of satisfaction. Our Property Management teams also put in long hours, not only working leads, but also working closely with Construction, ordering initial office supplies, setting up Clubhouse furniture, and even ordering golf carts and leaf blowers.

Last week our Florida teams did something we have never done before - we opened two Springs communities on the same day. Springs at Tapestry in Kissimmee and Springs at Gulf Coast in Estero both welcomed new residents on Friday, October 20. We are privileged to have property managers that transferred from other Florida Springs communities. Lashana Brown leads Springs at Tapestry, and Jenny Barnett leads Springs at Gulf Coast. Their knowledge of the product and their prior success will serve them well as we fill up these two locations with happy new residents.
