Springs team members make a habit of following opportunity and taking on new challenges. Eagerness to use unique talents in different capacities, and in different parts of the country make our highly skilled property managers models for the rest of the company.
Jan Rayburn is a model par excellence. She started with Continental at a community in Huntsville, Alabama. From there she has done lease-ups on Austin, TX; Charleston, SC; and Covington, LA. In between she has helped at many other communities in the Springs portfolio. She is now headed to Colorado Springs to start leasing at Springs at Allison Valley. You have to burn midnight oil to keep up with Jan when she's getting a new property up and running. She will be a wonderful representative of Continental in Colorado, where we currently have four Springs communities under construction.
Carly Mansell started with Continental at Springs at Woodlands South in Tulsa. From there she has floated around where needed, spending some time in Alabama and Lousiana. Although her tenure is shorter than Jan's, she has demonstrated the ability to do everything expected of her as a property manager. She has many strengths, and marketing tops that list. Her creativity and willingness to try new things will be a great help as she leases up Springs at Juban Crossing in Baton Rouge.
