We are excited to announce that after leading two very successful lease ups, Springs at Tech Ridge and Springs at Essex Farms, Jan Rayurn has moved to another lease up. Springs at River Chase in Covington, LA is Jan's new home and third lease up in her 3 ½ years with Continental. The experience she brings from one community to another has been instrumental in helping her teams grow, and her drive to succeed is very motivational. Jan loves a challenge and pushes herself and her team to better leasing goals despite any obstacles.
