We are pleased to announce that Springs at Bee Ridge is now stabilized.
Springs at Bee Ridge is the 4th community we developed/owned in the Sarasota/Bradenton area. Featuring 360 apartment homes, Springs at Bee Ridge is the largest property we have developed in Florida and is the first location to receive our completely redesigned, largest clubhouse. The new clubhouse design features more amenity space for our residents including a larger pool deck and lounge, indoor kitchen with seating, and a 24-hour fitness center that opens to the pool.
Lashana Brown and Marcie Bissell began the lease-up as our Property Manager and our Director of Property Management, overseeing all our lease-up efforts. In September 2017, Michelle Kohn, our current Property Manager, and Justin Few, Director of Property Management, took on the challenge of continuing the lease up to achieve stabilization. Our Springs team has done a great job providing superior customer service throughout our project to help us achieve our goals and push our rates.
