Springs Communities get High Marks for Online Reputation

According to J Turner Research, 75% of apartment residents use online ratings and reviews during their apartment search. Reputation management has become a major focus for most businesses, and Springs Apartments is no different. The way we approach our online reputation is a reflection of our culture - by treating our residents the way they want to be treated, we find that the positive feedback comes naturally.

J Turner and Multifamily Executive recently published their updated list of Top 10 Properties by Online Reputation in the 50 States and Washington, DC. We are very pleased to report that 6 Springs communities made the Top 10 in their respective states. They are as follows:

Springs at River Chase - #2 in Louisiana

Springs at Kenosha - #3 in Wisconsin

Springs at Essex Farms - #3 in South Carolina

Springs at Woodlands South - #7 in Oklahoma

Springs at Hurstbourne - #9 in Kentucky

Springs at Bettendorf - #10 in Iowa
