Springs at River Chase opened its doors to our first residents on August 15. Located in Covington, Louisiana, this is Continental's second community in the New Orleans area.
Our management team led by Jan Rayburn, who used to live in the Louisiana, knows exactly what our residents are looking for when it comes to luxury apartment homes. Between this location and Springs at Fremaux Town Center in Slidell, Springs teams are busy acquainting the Northshore with our unique brand, epitomized by our commitment to outstanding customer service.
On August 30, Springs at Hurstbourne in Louisville, Kentucky welcomed its first residents. This community is our second in the Bluegrass State, but our first in Louisville.
The residents are in the very capable hands of Property Manager Jason Whitehouse who, though a Springs newcomer, has extensive experience in property management and knows this area well. We are delighted to witness the continuing expansion of the Springs brand as Continental settles in to a new metro area.
